The cost of translation services is calculated individually for each specific customer and it depends on a number of factors, which include the timeframes, the number of pages, the language to or from which the text must be translated, the degree of complexity of the text, the format of the original text and format requirements, as well as your past experience with us. Therefore before we start with a task, we study the documents carefully and only after that can we accurately calculate the cost and explain the calculation procedure to our customers.

If you cannot submit the documents you need to translate, we can only tell you our base rates. Upon request, we can provide a price list with base rates for corporate customers. Remember that we cannot tell you the exact cost unless we study the original document. We calculate the cost of your order free of charge and either send the information to you via email or announce it by phone within a few hours after you submit the documents.

Our cost calculation is based on the number of standard pages in the original document. One standard page equals 1800 characters including spaces according to MS Word statistics. If it is impossible to calculate the number of pages in the original (the original is a paper document, a scanned copy, a PDF file, etc.), we can only tell you an approximate cost. Accurate cost information can only be available after the translation is complete and in such cases, the cost will be based on the number of pages in the translated document.

A minimum order is one standard page, or 1800 printed characters. The number of pages is rounded up to a whole number.
If you need to translate a large amount of text or if you are a regular customer, you will get a discount.
 

Terms of payment

  • Individuals must pay in full in advance.
  • For legal entities, we offer various payment terms depending on whether you are a new or a permanent customer.

When you first sign a contract with us, you must pay at least 50% of the pre-calculated order cost in advance.

Permanent customers who sign long-term outsourcing contracts with us as well as reliable customers pay according to the invoice upon completion of the period as agreed by the parties, but only after signing the acceptance act.
 

Payment options

For legal entities, there are two payment options:
- cash transfer to our account;
- cash.

For individuals:
- cash.
